Your first AI automation, live in days.
The task your team dreads, built into something they own and trust, not a tool you rent forever.
For: Founders and operators with one specific process bleeding hours every week who want a fast, low-risk way to see what AI actually does for them.
We burn two full days on this every single week. Everyone knows it is absurd. We just never get around to fixing it.
Map, Build, Hand Off. We pick the one process choking your week, I build it away inside your existing tools, and I hand it off with docs so your team owns it. No black box, no vendor you cannot fire.

How it works
Day 1: scope: We map the one process on a call. I write a fixed-price quote. You approve it before I touch a single line of code.
Build: I build it on your real data, with a check-in partway so you see it taking shape.
Handoff: We deploy to your environment, run it together on live data, and I hand over a short doc. Done.
The value stack
Price
EUR 1,000, fixed price.
One process, one fixed price, agreed before I start. The cheapest way to see what working AI does for you.
IF this process costs your team 10 hours a week today, THEN at EUR 75 an hour that is EUR 39,000 a year (illustrative) gone. At EUR 1,000, it pays for itself in the first month, then keeps paying.
The guarantee: Fixed-or-free scope
Fixed scope, fixed price. Anything I add beyond what we agreed, I absorb. You always know the number before I do the work.
The build lives in your accounts, your data stays in your systems, and you own it outright. Glad to sign an NDA and a GDPR data-processing agreement before we start.
Proof
- Maly Domek, an architecture office: bespoke construction-industry software. Their building-permit applications now fill themselves straight from the client database. The paperwork the owner calls the worst part of the job, gone. In daily use.
- 60+ processes automated across finance, fitness, architecture, content, and health
- 8 AI systems built from scratch, personally
- 15 years in tech. Writes code every day.
What clients say
The building-permit applications were the worst part of the job in our office, everyone avoided them. Mateusz built a tool that fills them in automatically, straight from our client database, and within the first month we had dozens of hours of work back. Along the way it tidied up the whole firm: better oversight of projects, clearer task distribution, smoother client communication. It is rare to meet someone who understands how an office like ours actually works this fast, and then simply builds it. We came straight back to him for an AI training day for the whole team.

What if my process turns out messier than I described?
Week 1 is scoping that ends in a fixed quote. If the work is bigger than expected, you get that number before any building starts and can walk away. Once you approve, the price is locked and any overrun is on me.
After it ships, am I stranded with code only you wrote?
You own the code, a recorded walkthrough, and docs from the start, all in your accounts. If you want it extended, the fractional engagement is the natural next step, but you are never locked in.
Is it really done in days, not secretly weeks?
The timeline is part of the agreement, not a guess. If it is not doing the agreed job, I keep working at no extra cost until it does.
About Mateusz
I am Mateusz Sawka, solo AI engineer: 15 years in tech across finance, engineering, and AI. I built 8 AI systems from scratch and automated 60+ processes across finance, fitness, architecture, content, and health. I write every line of code myself, no juniors under my logo. I won the Exa prize at the SuperAI hackathon on a 24-hour build. komai is a one-person studio on purpose: I run it on the same kind of AI systems I ship to clients, and that is where the speed comes from.
I don't advise. I build.
