Price

EUR 5,000 to 8,000, fixed. Quoted in writing after week 1 mapping.

One process, one fixed number, agreed before the build starts. If mapping shows it is bigger, you get the number first and can walk away.

What if the process turns out messier than I described?

Week 1 exists exactly for that. You get the fixed number in writing before any building starts and can walk away. Once you approve, the price is locked and any overrun is on me.

Is 2 to 4 weeks real, or does it quietly become a quarter?
