A hands-on AI workshop, built around your company.
Your team learns to build it themselves, so you lead the shift instead of waiting to be rescued.
For: A team or owner who wants to see AI in practice, on their own tasks, not another generic talk about how AI is the future.
Everyone here has heard about AI, but nobody knows where to actually start in our business.
The method: Kill the Bottleneck
Map, Build, Hand Off. We find where AI removes the most friction, your team builds the fixes live on their real tasks, and they keep the materials so they run it without me. No black box, no vendor you cannot fire.
What you get
A program built around your team's real tasks, not generic examples off the internet.
Every participant leaves with their own working AI assistant, tuned to their job.
A small group, up to 8 people, so everyone gets time, attention, and actually builds.
Prompts and materials to keep, so the team keeps using them after I leave.
Bonuses
A short follow-up window for questions once your team starts using it.
Doubles as onboarding: the same materials work for future hires, at no extra cost.
How it works
1
First, a short call: Before I prepare anything, we talk for fifteen minutes. I ask what your team does and which tasks eat the most time.
2
I build the workshop around you: From that call I shape the program and the examples around your real tasks. Everyone works on what they actually do, not a textbook exercise.
3
The workshop, live: One to two hours, a small group of up to 8. We build together, and everyone leaves with something they will use the next morning.
The value stack
A short call to learn your real tasks, then a workshop built around themcustom prep
One to two hands-on hours with a small group of up to 8the core
Each person leaves with a working AI assistant for their own jobincluded
Prompts and materials to keepyours after I leave
Price
EUR 450. Small group, up to 8 people. 1-2 hours.
Fixed price. I prepare the program around your company before the workshop.
Do the math on your own numbers:
IF each of 8 people saves even 2 hours a week after this, THEN at your team rate that is [your number] a year. The workshop pays for itself in the first week.
The guarantee: Used-next-day or free
If nobody walks out with a concrete tool they will use the next day, you do not pay. No questions.
Proof
Maly Domek, an architecture office: bespoke construction-industry software, their building-permit paperwork now fills itself. On the workshop I show real examples like this, not slides.
60+ processes automated across 5 industries. I know how different teams actually work.
I speak business, not IT. No jargon, no acronyms.
What clients say
The building-permit applications were the worst part of the job in our office, everyone avoided them. Mateusz built a tool that fills them in automatically, straight from our client database, and within the first month we had dozens of hours of work back. Along the way it tidied up the whole firm: better oversight of projects, clearer task distribution, smoother client communication. It is rare to meet someone who understands how an office like ours actually works this fast, and then simply builds it. We came straight back to him for an AI training day for the whole team.

Our session was great. The main thing that stuck with me was how important planning and scoping are, and that you can just ask Claude to fix things later, speed, mobile friendliness, whatever, if it lands wrong the first time. I have been using both of those almost daily for months. I am now deploying the first parts of our in-house software to my team.

Mateusz's workshops at Network School inspired me to start using Claude Code. Thanks to his mentorship, I built the entire launchpad for VIBER, a company I co-founded. He gave me the confidence and practical skills to create software at a level I never imagined possible.
I spent 25 years on both sides of government and I never wrote a line of code. Mateusz's Claude sessions at Network School helped inspire me to become a founder and creator, and I built Mirror, a real-time AI platform where you rehearse your highest-stakes conversations with avatars that see, hear and respond live. The whole stack. Mine. If you are a domain expert watching AI from the sidelines thinking it is not for you, it is. I am proof.

Mateusz sat down with me at Network School and showed me how to actually use Claude for my own work: which tool fit what I was doing, and where to start. I left knowing my next step instead of guessing. He passes on what he knows without ever making you feel stupid for asking.

When I needed to get properly fluent in building with LLMs, Mateusz was who I went to. He explained agent architecture, the API versus the SDK, and how to set up a harness in a way that finally made it concrete instead of theoretical. He looked at what I built and gave me straight feedback. Generous with his time, and very clear about what actually matters.

Mateusz built the whole 21REBOOT setup. The page, the automation that pulled our data together so I wasn't updating it by hand. He works fast and he ships. I asked for things and they existed. Stuff I thought would take a week showed up same day. If you're building anything, he's your guy.

FAQ
My team already pokes at ChatGPT. What is different here?
The workshop is built on your real tasks, and everyone leaves having built something they actually use, plus materials so it is consistent instead of random.
Will it stick, or fade in a week?
One session cannot rewire a team on its own, and I will not pretend it can. So we build it on your real tasks, you leave with working prompts and materials, and there is a short follow-up window.
In person or remote, and how big a group?
Both work, and it is built for a small group of up to 8 so everyone actually builds instead of just watching.
About Mateusz
I am Mateusz Sawka, solo AI engineer: 15 years in tech across finance, engineering, and AI. I built 8 AI systems from scratch and automated 60+ processes across finance, fitness, architecture, content, and health. I write every line of code myself, no juniors under my logo. I won the Exa prize at the SuperAI hackathon on a 24-hour build. komai is a one-person studio on purpose: I run it on the same kind of AI systems I ship to clients, and that is where the speed comes from.
I don't advise. I build.
